1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by BG SitePilot ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

BG SitePilot provides AI-powered business automation solutions including but not limited to:

• •Real-time business intelligence dashboards
• •Digital transformation consulting and implementation
• •Website design and development services
• •Custom workflow automation systems

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• •Grant necessary access to platforms, accounts, or APIs required to implement your automation
• •Use our services only for lawful business purposes
• •Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary systems
• •Maintain confidentiality of any access credentials provided

4. Payment Terms

Service fees are agreed upon before project commencement and outlined in a separate service agreement or invoice. Payments are due as specified in the agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary frameworks, templates, and systems developed by BG SitePilot remain our intellectual property. Custom work built specifically for your business is owned by you upon full payment. We retain the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime on all deployed systems, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Twilio, OpenAI) or force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

BG SitePilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months prior to the incident.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared during the course of service delivery. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, customer data, financial information, and proprietary processes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services in cases of non-payment, misuse, or breach of these terms. Upon termination, we will provide a handover of all assets and access credentials owned by the client.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
